Wat je gaat doen

You will work at two different locations, combining reception duties with administrative support. This makes the role varied and interesting.

You will work 24 hours per week, spread across five days from Monday to Friday. Your working days and hours may vary from week to week, depending on the needs of each location.

You must be flexible and willing to work at both locations. You will have weekends off. However, you may occasionally be asked to provide additional cover during periods of sickness or annual leave.

You will work for Medtronic, an international medical technology company. You will be based at the Heerlen and Maastricht locations, where you will interact with international guests and colleagues every day. You will join a professional working environment where hospitality and excellent service are highly valued. You will be part of a close-knit team of five enthusiastic colleagues. Together, you will ensure a warm welcome for visitors and provide support for the day-to-day operations.

• Welcoming and registering guests.
• Issuing day passes to visitors.
• Booking and managing meeting rooms.
• Carrying out administrative tasks and supporting the Facilities department.
• Identifying any issues and providing assistance where needed to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Heerlen: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Maastricht: shifts from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. or from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• You are friendly, proactive and service-oriented.
• You have a good command of English. This is a requirement for the role.
• You have your own transport, as you will be working at two different locations.
• You can switch easily between different tasks and remain calm when things get busy.
• You are confident using computers. Experience with different computer systems is an advantage.

• A competitive hourly wage: €18.14, €18.78 gross per hour for employees aged 21 and over, depending on your experience and the responsibilities of the role. Your salary is paid on the 26th of each month, or on the preceding Friday if the 26th falls on a weekend.
