Wat je gaat doen

This exciting management position can be part-time or full-time, spread over 5 days per week. And the working hours are great too: you'll usually be finished around 10:00 PM, so you can enjoy your evening.

As a Restaurant Manager at Happy Italy, you are ultimately responsible for the restaurant and lead both the kitchen and front-of-house teams.

Together with the Assistant Restaurant Manager and Supervisors, you'll lead and motivate the team, keep the energy high, and make sure we consistently deliver the right quality and excellent guest experience.

You keep a close eye on the restaurant's KPIs and, together with your management team, take action wherever necessary. You'll also receive guidance and support from your Area Manager.

Wat we vragen

You have experience leading and motivating a team and feel comfortable taking responsibility in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Planning and organizing daily operations comes naturally to you, and you know how to make the right decisions when things get busy.

You have a sharp eye for detail and continuously monitor the quality and service our guests have come to expect from Happy Italy. With your strong communication skills and approachable personality, you create happy guests and a positive team spirit.
